Calhan Fire Protection District Impact Fee Calculator
The Calhan Fire Protection District assesses Public Safety Impact Fees on qualifying new development within the District in accordance with the District's adopted Impact Fee Program and Nexus Study. Impact fees are one-time charges intended to ensure that new growth contributes its proportionate share toward the capital facilities, apparatus, equipment, and infrastructure necessary to maintain fire and emergency services as the community develops.

Final fees are determined by the Calhan Fire Protection District based on the adopted fee schedule, project scope, occupancy classification, square footage, land use, applicable exemptions, and other factors identified during the development review process.
